Bedford Community Church (Perth, WA) is an autonomous, contemporary, Australian church with a Christian-Brethren background. We have experienced much change over the years under the renewing ministry of the Holy Spirit and are a warm, caring fellowship with open lines of communication.
We are currently looking for a Pastoral Ministries Coordinator, who would work with and be responsible to the Elders of the church, to assist in the provision of pastoral support, teaching and leadership.

HCJB Australia is a respected, international, Not for Profit, Christian Radio Ministry broadcasting to the Asia Pacific region. Our National Office is in Kilsyth Victoria with our Broadcast facility located in Kununurra, WA.
We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Technician with relevant qualifications to join our team at the international Broadcasting Facility in Kununurra, Western Australia.
As successful candidate you will have a keen understanding of (shortwave) transmitters. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the thorough maintenance of the complete broadcast system ensuring the smooth operation of the transmitters and associated equipment. You will be willing to propose and contribute to improvements to increase the effectiveness of the operations.
HCJB Australia requires the successful applicant to be flexible and a strong team member. The role requires good manual skills and tidy workmanship. Emphasis is on ensuring the reliable operation of the transmitters, which includes monitoring the transmitter performance and keeping an accurate maintenance record.
Some knowledge of Computers and Networking is an advantage. It will enable you to monitor and operate the broadcast equipment remotely.
As a member of the HCJB Australia team, the Broadcast Technician contributes to the successful implementation of HCJB’s radio ministry to the Asia Pacific region, enabling listeners to come to an understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This position could suit a retired Technician looking for a new opportunity to serve in Christian mission.
